I am Andrew Pearson of AP Building Design. I established my practice in 1992. Prior to AP Building Design from 1978-1992 I worked for DCC Architects Department, Shands Design and Build and Morrison Design Architects. During this time I gained an all round Architectural background from the view point of Local Authority, Builder and Private Architects outlook and achieved HTEC in architecture.
The experience gained has helped to build an architectural practice providing a quality service to all of my clients.
I take the whole council process on board by designing the scheme and producing full working drawings and Technical Specification with Builders Contract.
I act as your agent and deal with all Planning and Building control issues direct in dealing with Full or Outline Planning applications and appeals plus producing and obtaining Building Regulations approval. All projects come complete with a typed Technical Specification and Builders Contract plus beam calculations all as standard within fixed price.

I have a good working relationship with Local Planners and Building Control with over a 1000 projects completed to date and over 30 years experience.
Upon receipt of planning approval I can reccomend highly skilled craftsman and builders for carrying out the work to the highest standards.
I deal with Bolsover District Council, North East Derbyshire District Council and Chesterfield Borough Council plus all surrounding districts on a regular basis.
